What this site collects
This notice explains what the Bypass Labs website collects, why we use it, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.
1. Who operates this site
Bypass Labs operates this website and presents its continuous testing platform, assessment services, security communications, and research here.
2. Information this site collects
The demo form collects contact and company details, role, the outcome and product surface a visitor wants to discuss, company size when provided, evaluation timing, and optional context. The waitlist form collects a work email and name, plus a company name when provided. The assessment request form collects contact and company details, a general description of the system and objective, assessment type, intended environment, timing, and confirmation that the requester can authorize the inquiry. The site does not create a visitor account, use advertising pixels, or intentionally store personal information in browser storage.
The hosting and network providers that deliver the site may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, device or browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to operate and protect the service.
3. Demo, waitlist, and assessment requests
Bypass Labs uses demo information to prepare the conversation, assess product fit, and send available times. We use waitlist information to review beta fit, send timing and product updates, and contact teams about the first test. We use assessment requests to evaluate fit, ask scoping questions, and prepare the scope, schedule, deliverables, and price. Keep credentials, architecture, vulnerability evidence, and other sensitive material out of the initial forms.
4. Sensitive information
Do not send credentials, personal data, unpatched vulnerability details, private source code, or architecture through an initial inquiry. Establish and verify an appropriate channel first.
5. Retention and rights
Demo requests are retained while needed to schedule and follow up on the conversation. Waitlist records are retained while the beta program is active or until they are no longer needed for access review and product updates. Assessment requests are retained while needed to review the inquiry, prepare or perform the engagement, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. You may unsubscribe from updates or contact Bypass Labs to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted.
6. Changes
This notice may change when the site adds analytics, accounts, or other data processing. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
