Self-Service is a subscription for recurring tests that your team runs. White-Glove is a defined engagement led by a dedicated researcher, suited to a launch, customer review, or compliance milestone.
What’s included in both plans?
Testing covers your approved web, API, infrastructure, iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS targets. Findings include reproduction evidence, fix instructions, an owner, and retest results. Written authorization and scope limits apply to every test.
How do retests and reports differ?
Self-Service keeps reports and regression tests current as you ship. White-Glove includes researcher-reviewed findings, executive and technical reports, and retesting agreed in the engagement scope.
Are targets and tests unlimited?
No. We agree target counts, supported platforms, testing cadence, and review requirements before work starts. Self-Service allowances are confirmed during beta setup; White-Glove scope is set in your assessment proposal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Self-Service beta includes a free trial after we confirm your scope and testing authority. Request access to get started.
Can we use the reports for compliance reviews?
Yes. Reports provide testing evidence for SOC 2 and other compliance reviews. For a specific reporting format or deadline, include it in your scope request.
